1. Company Introduction

2. Job Description

• Teach English courses to students in accordance with the school’s curriculum and teaching plans. The teaching methods should be diverse, including but not limited to classroom lectures, group discussions, and individual tutoring, to stimulate students’ interest in learning English and improve their language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Design and develop English teaching materials and resources, which are suitable for the students’ age and English proficiency levels. These materials should be in line with the international education standards and the characteristics of Chinese students.
• Evaluate students’ learning progress regularly through various means such as tests, assignments, and class participation, and provide timely feedback and guidance to help students improve their learning outcomes.
• Participate in school – level teaching and research activities, share teaching experiences and insights with colleagues, and jointly promote the improvement of the school’s English teaching quality.
• Cooperate with Chinese teachers and other teaching staff to carry out cross – cultural educational activities, creating a rich and inclusive educational environment for students.

3. Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or above (a master’s degree or a degree from an overseas university is preferred), with a major in education or the teaching subject, and excellent English proficiency.
• Hold a teaching qualification certificate corresponding to the subject in Mainland China or a Hong Kong – registered teaching qualification.
• Have at least 2 years of relevant subject teaching experience.
• Those who are familiar with international curriculums such as IB, HKDSE, A – level, IGCSE are preferred.
• Solid professional knowledge in the subject, with a sense of teaching and research and the ability to conduct relevant work.
• Those with interdisciplinary teaching experience or ability will be given priority consideration.
• Love the education cause, be proactive, have a strong sense of responsibility, and possess good communication skills and stress – resistance ability.

4. Working Conditions

• The teaching location is in Guangzhou or Foshan.
• The working hours are in line with the school’s teaching schedule, with weekends off, winter and summer vacations, and regular free physical examinations.
