ILTexas Shaohua Preschool is a state-of-the-art facility spanning 10,000 square meters with the capacity to welcome up to 360 students. We boast high-standard facilities, including classrooms equipped with multi-functional resources.

Our learning program is designed to embrace children’s individual interests and skills, fostering exploration, creativity, empathy, teamwork, love, and care. Our overarching aim is to cultivate confident children who are active and capable participants in their own learning and early childhood development.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to young learners within our unique bilingual and bicultural environment.
• Foster a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Collaborate effectively with local teachers and other school staff to implement the curriculum and support student learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and development.
• Actively participate in school events, professional development opportunities, and staff meetings.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and enrichment of the preschool program.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience with young children is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of teaching experience in an international kindergarten setting. Candidates should possess a genuine passion for education, demonstrate a proactive and positive work ethic, and exhibit excellent teamwork skills. Strong communication skills, approachability, and patience are essential.
3. Nationality: Native English speaker.
4. Other: Must possess all necessary work visa documentation to ensure legal and compliant employment in China
